Eila Gerhardt

is a painter and illustrator. She grew up in the Texas panhandle and graduated from Baylor University with a degree in studio art. The big skies of the Texas plains are a large source of her creative inspiration. Eila’s work focuses on the juxtaposition of human emotion, philosophy, and nature in order to tell stories. The use of an illustrative style is important to both her paintings and drawings.
